Wärtsilä solution
The 6384 dwt tanker Bitflower features a machinery installation incorporating a Wärtsilä 6L38B main engine with an output of 4350 kW at 600 rpm, a Wärtsilä SCV85 reduction gearbox, a LIPS bow thruster and a LIPS CP propeller. The vessel is also equipped with a Lipstronic 7000 Advanced control system and two sterntube bearings with seals.
