The option rights under Wärtsilä Corporation’s 2002 option scheme were admitted for trading on the Main List of the Helsinki Exchanges on 1 April 2004. There are altogether 800,000 options under this scheme. Two (2) options may be exercised to subscribe for three (3) Wärtsilä B shares. The share subscription period is 1 April 2004 – 31 March 2008. The current dividend-adjusted subscription price is €5.40/share.
Shares subscribed with options are admitted for trading after Wärtsilä’s Board of Directors has approved the subscription, decided on the increase in share capital based on the subscription, and the increase in share capital is recorded in the Trade Register.
