You could be involved with the production line or design, tools and raw materials. Manufacturing Development Manager
Manages and develops the Make or Buy process of component manufacturing, maintains the machinery utilization follow-up system, reports on component production cost development and handles related development/investment projects.

Test run manager
Prepares test run schedules; accountable for functionality of test run equipment and correct test run reports and engine transfers. Replies to customers on test run issues, supervises engine test runs and fulfilment of engine approval criteria, and acts as a supervisor in the test run activities and foreman for the fitters.
